Product Guarantees and Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed and the account is provided and activated, FlexVersionPro does not offer returns or refunds. This is due to the nature of our digital product — once an access code is delivered and activated, it cannot be resold or reassigned.
However, our products include a 12-month guarantee period, during which FlexVersionPro will replace or refund any product that is defective or malfunctioning due to a manufacturing or technical issue beyond the user’s control.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver the product or service, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds or replacements are also possible under the following circumstances:
You have received an incorrect product.
The activation code has not been activated.
The key code cannot be activated due to a technical issue not caused by the customer.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If you experience any issues with your product, please contact our support team immediately and provide:
A detailed description of the problem.
Screenshots or photos (digital images) illustrating the issue.
Our technical team will review your case and assist you with installation or activation. In the rare event that our support team is unable to resolve the problem, your order will be eligible for a refund.
